majority of our price quotes/ rates are not inclusive of Visa fees, local and international flights, traveler’s insurance, accommodation on the day of arrival & departure that is to say while in Nairobi/ Arusha/ Kigali/ Bujumbura/ Dar es salaam and Kampala. On the other hand the mentioned documents can always be provided on request even if at an extra charge. Also excluded are alcoholic drinks, telephone calls, tips and all personal expenses.
Payment
Payments can be possibly made through telegraphic / wire transfer or cash to our bank account whose particulars are occassionary given on request.
Cancellations by Clients
Cancellation of a reservation should always be received in writing. It shall only be helpful from the date of receipt of the notification by our reservations office. The client will pay for any costs met because of the cancellation like bank transfer charges. Uganda Wildlife Authority will remain with the subsequent percentages on a gorilla permit when you cancel. 0 – 08 days to tracking date – no refund, 09 – 45 days to tracking date – 75% (25% refund to client), 46 – 90 days to tracking date – 50% (50% refund to client), 91 days and above to tracking date – 30% (70% refund to client). Gorilla permit refunds will always be calculated on the value of the permit. Hotels will charge as follows: 5 weeks prior to departure – loss of deposit; 5 -3 weeks prior to departure – 50% of the total cost; 3 – 1 week prior to departure – 75% of the total cost; less than 1 week prior to departure – 100% of the total cost.
Refunds
No compensation for:
    Cutting short the booked itinerary for whatever reason.
    Itineraries amended following departure.
    Missed travel time or substitution of advertised facilities.
    Circumstances emerging beyond the company’s control requiring alternative preparations to be made so as to make certain the more participation / safety and gratification of your program.
    No show for any booked activities.

Liability
Although the company takes care of at least all the services, to the best of its ability for your pleasant and stimulating tour, you should know that all treks /safaris and tours are performed at the risk of the client.
    The Company and its employees and agents act merely as agents of the passenger / client in all matters connecting to treks, tours/safaris, accommodation and shall not be accountable for any illness, death, injury, death, loss or damage to persons or personal property that have been caused.

    The laws of the country in which the trip is arranged and no other country govern the company’s duty to passengers traveling in its own vehicles. All complaints are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the country in which the action was made. The company reserves the right to employ subcontractors to carry out all or part of the services or to change part or whole of the advertised program should conditions necessitate.
    The company’s responsibility to passengers traveling in its own or agents vehicles is governed by the particular laws of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Burundi and Rwanda and is below the jurisdiction of the named countries courts of law.

    An itinerary is likely to change because of weather conditions where by the company shall not be accountable for any delays experienced.
    The company will not be taken in charge of any cancellations or delays. Even if we try to make sure that every programme advertised or tailored is accurately organized, we have no straight forward control above services given outside of the company and we can on the other hand not be looked at as answerable for these.

Travel Insurance
The client is not compensated by any insurance apart from that which is given by the laws of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Burundi and Rwanda.
